MEET EXECUTIVE CHEF TONY SLEDGE
After two decades of creating raving fans, the core of the Cabin Club’s menu remains true to its Midwestern Steakhouse roots; but Executive Chef Tony Sledge refuses to rest on those laurels! His deft touch is instrumental in introducing creative regional influences for each seasonal menu as well as in enticing daily specials.
Tony‘s extensive background has been crafted by stints in each one of our award-winning restaurants as well as previous experience in some of the region’s finest restaurants (before we were fortunate enough to lure him over to HR).
Although the Cabin Club will always be known for thick juicy steaks, purchasing only the very finest Certified Angus Beef and USDA Prime grade cuts, having a true culinary pro at the helm is what makes this cozy neighborhood joint nothing short of legendary.
